Shipping Policy

Please note that delivery may take up to 15 business days during this period if there are any unforeseen delays. Due to the rising prices of all delivery agents, we had to temporarily change our delivery methods to still offer free delivery to you.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. This email is automated. Please note that the expected delivery date may not be provided immediately. We ask that you allow at least 5-7 business days for this information to be updated with the tracking service. Thank you for understanding that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. However, we will always do our best to deliver on or before the stated delivery date. Please verify all shipping information before submitting your order. Your order will be delayed if we need to contact you to update incorrect information.

It is important to note that our delivery times are between 1-7 working days under normal circumstances, but during this period, any unforeseen delay due to COVID-19 may set the delivery time to 15 working days. As this delay is beyond our control, we guarantee you will refund your order if it has not arrived within 30 working days of processing. Please note that once your order has been dispatched we will not be able to cancel or refund your order before this 30 business day period, please refer to the section regarding order cancellations on our FAQ page.

We currently ship products worldwide, so delivery times vary depending on location. We will always try to ship items from the distribution center closest to your destination. We currently ship products from USA

Standard domestic delivery typically takes 1-7 business days from the date an order is processed and shipped, except for unforeseen delays.

We provide free international shipping, so please rest assured that you will never be charged any shipping costs regardless of the origin of the shipment. Please allow the full shipping time for the package to be delivered. If your order is not delivered within this time frame, please contact us so that we can investigate and ship a new package if necessary.

Your order will be delivered to you by USPS, UPS or FEDEX. If you are not home at the time of delivery and a signature is required, a notice may be left by the postal service indicating where your delivery can be picked up.

We will not reship returned packages for incorrect or incomplete addresses and customer unavailability.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered and you haven't received it, you should contact the carrier and address the issue directly with them. We do not assume or accept responsibility for packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered.


Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time of your order.

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items as we cannot be held responsible for items that are not accepted in the specific country.
