Return Policy

At iTekGadget, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we want to hear from you. Below is our return policy, which outlines the process for returning or exchanging items purchased from our store.

Return Window

You can return or exchange an item within 30 days of delivery. Returns or exchanges must be initiated within this timeframe.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that have been damaged, worn, or used in any way may not be accepted for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at itekgadgetstore@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Clearly mark the outside of the package with the RMA number and include all original tags and packaging.

Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund in the original form of payment for the full amount of the item, minus any shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receipt of the returned item.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return process as above. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship out the new item to you at no additional cost.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Final sale items
  • Items that are damaged or worn
  • Items that have been used in any way
  • Items that are missing original tags and packaging

Warranty and Defective Items

All items sold by iTekGadget are covered under warranty for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery. If an item is defective or does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service team to initiate a warranty claim. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as needed.
